Ticket purchases and bookings
We collect the name, email, phone number and booking details you provide to process bookings, verify your email, issue ticket references and send confirmations. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, or the external ticket provider linked on the event page. Authorized team members can access booking records. Buyer contact details and consent records are retained for booking support and the purposes you agree to.
Facebook and Instagram measurement
We use Meta Pixel to share public page visits, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookies (including _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc) with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and optimization. Meta may connect this activity with its users under its own privacy policy. After a completed card payment we also report the paid amount and currency to Meta through a server connection, deduplicated so each order counts once; test payments are marked as tests. We do not send your name, email, phone or ticket details, and private payment-link pages are never reported. Automatic form matching is not enabled by this website.
In regions requiring advertising consent, tracking stays off until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we ask before tracking. Elsewhere ordinary tracking is enabled unless you reject or signal an opt-out. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Rejected visits and purchases are not reported or replayed if you accept later.
Your browser stores a random visitor reference, advertising choices, choice timestamps, region and the notice version shown, including earlier acceptance if you later withdraw. The current notice version is 2026-10-21-v1: Allow Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to receive page visits, purchase amounts, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookies for advertising measurement and optimization? We do not send your name, email, phone or ticket details. You can change your choice in Cookie settings.
Use Cookie settings at any time to reject or change your choice. Opening settings does not change an existing choice; rejection immediately stops new pixel reports and server purchase reports and applies in other open tabs. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice.
