At The Spot Netwrk, we strive to create exceptional experiences for all our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for tickets purchased through our platform.
All ticket sales through The Spot Netwrk are generally final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. We encourage all customers to review event details carefully before completing their purchase.
Event Cancellation
In the event of a full cancellation by The Spot Netwrk or the event organizer:
- You will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price paid (excluding any processing or delivery fees).
- Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10-15 business days.
- You will be notified via email about the cancellation and refund process.
- In some cases, we may offer the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date or an alternative event instead of a refund.
Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
- Your tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the event organizer’s policy.
- Refund requests for postponed events must be submitted within 7 days of the announcement of the new date.
- After this window, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event and will not be eligible for refund.
Partial Event Cancellation
In cases where a portion of an event is canceled (e.g., a specific performance or activity within a larger event):
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We may offer partial refunds, credit for future events, or other compensations at our discretion.
- The decision will be based on the nature of the cancellation and its impact on the overall event experience.
Ticket Transfers and Exchanges
While tickets are generally non-refundable, we understand that circumstances change. Therefore:
- You may transfer your ticket to another person by updating the attendee information in your account.
- For certain events, we may offer a ticket exchange service, allowing you to exchange your ticket for another event of equivalent or greater value (paying any difference).
- Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original event.
- A service fee may apply for ticket exchanges.
Membership Refunds
Regarding The Spot Netwrk memberships:
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.
- New members may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not used any membership benefits.
- A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from any membership refunds.
How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund based on the above policy:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to your order history and select the relevant ticket or purchase.
- Follow the prompts to submit a refund request.
- Alternatively, contact our customer service team at contact@thespot-network.com with your order details.
All refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
